A New Jersey judge has lifted a temporary restraining order that prevented the Division of Workers’ Compensation from changing its court reporter services, allowing the division to use the three services that it had contracted with in July.
Chief Judge of Compensation Russell Wojtenko notified practitioners in a memorandum on Tuesday that division will begin using the new services starting Wednesday, but only through Aug. 18.
