A Marin County contractor has pleaded guilty to charges of working without a license, evading income taxes and failing to provide workers' compensation insurance.
Ronald Vernon Cupp of Corte Madera could face a 90-day jail sentence and $11,000 in fines, according to a Wednesday article in the Marin Independent Journal. He is already serving a one-year sentence for a 2013 mortgage fraud scheme.
