OAL Approves Emergency QME Regulations

The Office of Administrative Law approved emergency rules to allow remote medical-legal evaluations while stay-at-home orders are in effect throughout California. Rules the OAL approved Thursday will also extend the time period that a currently scheduled medical-legal appointment can be rescheduled, to 90 days from 60 days.
