Older Drobot Seeks Release Over COVID-19

Convicted fraudster Michael D. Drobot is asking the federal court for California’s Central Federal District to release him from prison and allow him to work in an administrative role at a hospital or public health facility treating COVID-19 patients. Attorneys for the 75-year-old former hospital executive in a motion filed Tuesday argued that their client is at increased risk of getting sick.
