Attorneys Must Register to Practice Before the Commission

The Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission has issued an attorney registration and information update that states all attorneys who appear before the commission must be registered to practice before the panel. Those with no commission attorney code and who have never registered should complete and mail the web-posted attorney registration form and processing fee to the street address on the form.
