The California Division of Workers’ Compensation announced the suspension of three more system providers, bringing to 52 the number of people who have been suspended since the start of the year.
The division said Byong Chun “David” Min of Irvine pleaded guilty in April 2016 to health care fraud and illegal kickbacks. Min was co-owner and operator of Glory Rehab Team Inc., which also operated as Dream Hospital and Daesung Clinic in Orange County.
