Board Moves to Electronic Submission of Comp Coverage

Indiana employers may now submit workers' compensation coverage forms online, and paper forms will soon be barred, the state's Workers' Compensation Board announced. The board posted to its website an electronic version of Form SF 36097 for employers not required to purchase workers' comp to report that they've elected to secure coverage. The form also covers corporate officers who opt for voluntary exclusion from comp insurance.
