Commissioner Announces CIGA Appointments

Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara on Thursday announced the appointments of April Savoy, Patrick Wong and Peter Guastamachio to the board of governors for the California Insurance Guarantee Association. Savoy is senior vice president and deputy general counsel at Allstate Insurance Co., where she serves as secretary for the carrier’s health, benefits and financial services subsidiary boards.
