VICA Luncheon on Cross-Examining Psych Evaluator Set for Tuesday

The Valley Industrial Claims Association will host an educational luncheon on how to cross-examine a psychiatric evaluator on Tuesday. VICA asks prospective attendees to register by 4 p.m. today to reserve seats.  On-site sign-in begins at 11:15 a.m., with speaker Brian Jacks beginning at 11:30 a.m. Jacks is a Beverly Hills-based psychiatrist who conducts medical-legal evaluations on workers' compensation patients.  The luncheon will take place at the Marriott Hotel in Rancho Cordova, and costs $25 for VICA members and $35 for non-members.
