Discount Rate Increasing to 3.77%

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is increasing the interest rate and discount rate in the first quarter of 2022. The rate will increase to 3.77% for the period from Jan. 1 through March 31, up from 3.57% in the fourth quarter of 2021.
