From IMMS 3/14/00: From IMMS 3/14/00: Insurance Commissioner Chuck Quackenbush has announced a 'cut-through' reinsurance agreement with Centre Insurance Co. for Superior National Insurance Cos., which Quackenbush and the state Department of Insurance seized on March 3. 'Cut-through' protection provides coverage for payment of claims that Superior National is unable to pay.
