OSHA: Fall Hazards in Residential Construction Top State's Workplace Violations for 2020

Federal safety officials last year issued hundreds of citations totaling more than $2 million in fines to Texas employers that allegedly failed to mitigate fall hazards at residential construction sites, according to data from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
