DWC Adopts Fee Schedule

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation updated its medical fee schedule but noted new policies and reimbursement allowances won’t take effect until ratified by the Legislature. “The purpose and effect of the rule is to update the schedule of maximum reimbursement allowances to 2020 Medicare reimbursement rates as adopted by the Three-Member Panel on Dec. 17, 2020,” the division said in a statement.
