The Virginia General Assembly unanimously approved Robert Rapaport for a full six-year term as a workers’ compensation commissioner.
The House of Delegates and Senate on Jan. 27 both passed resolutions appointing Rapaport to the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission for a term starting Feb. 1.
Lawmakers first appointed Rapaport to serve on the three-member commission in 2017.
