DWC Working to Allow COVID as Occupational Disease

The Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims is working to fix its online system so that COVID-19 cases can be filed as occupational disease claims, the department said in a memo. Currently, the DWC's litigation management system allows coronavirus claims to be filed only as injuries, using Form 101.
