The Arkansas Court of Appeals ruled that a worker was not entitled to additional benefits after he was cleared to return to work without restrictions. Case: Fuller v. Pope County Judge, No. CV-17-452, 01/10/2018, published. Facts: Charles Fuller worked as an emergency medical technician for Pope County. He injured his back on June 22, 2015, while moving a patient from a gurney to a cot.
