LA Times on Quackenbush - editorial

I don't know how many read the front page of the LA Times yesterday (6/6/00), but they ran an article summarizing committee testimony by Farmers Insuarnce Group executives, including their general counsel, basically stating that Insurance Commissioner Chuck Quackenbush personally attempted to extract money from them in exchange for not exposing to the public alleged claims mishandling regarding the Northridge quake.
