From IMMS 2/17/00: TWO COURT DECISIONS MAY THREATEN WORKERS COMP A pair of state appeals court decisions could challenge the Texas Workers Compensation system by ruling that employers who don't provide Workers Comp coverage can require employees to waive their right to sue over on-the-job injuries in order to receive related benefits.
