The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation is proposing changes to rules that require carriers to provide employers with a compensation notice that is commonly referred to as the “broken arm poster.”
Amendments would allow carriers to send the notice electronically and allow the notice to be posted separately or as part of a Florida and federal labor law poster.
The division is also proposing to reduce the required size of the notice to 8.5 inches by 11 inches.
If requested in writing, a public hearing will be held at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 27.
