WCD Updates Form, Bulletin Related to Retroactive Program

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division has revised two documents related to its retroactive program, which increases benefits to present-day levels. The first is Bulletin No. 102, updated for the first time since 2006. The bulletin shows people how to fill out the form to request reimbursement from the retroactive program.
