Trial Judge Tosses Worker's Tort Suit Over Alleged Assault by Supervisor

A federal trial judge in the District of Columbia last week tossed a worker’s civil suit against her supervisor for an alleged assault at their place of employment. Shalaura Ham and Teresa Memine both worked at a TJ Maxx retail store on Brentwood Road in Washington D.C.
