Supreme Court Denies Mandamus Relief for Self-Insured Employer Seeking Reimbursement

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that a self-insured employer was not entitled to mandamus relief compelling the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation to reimburse it for lump-sum payments made to two employees.
