DA Dismisses Charges Against Collections Manager in Landmark Case

The Orange County District Attorney’s Office dismissed charges against a collections manager for Landmark Medical Management who had immunity after being compelled to testify in front of a grand jury. Prosecutors on Monday dismissed nine counts filed against Norma Garner in June 2016 accusing her of aiding Kareem Ahmed in collecting on bills for services allegedly provided in exchange for kickbacks.
