By Greg Jones, Western Bureau ChiefThe question of whether comprehensive workers’ compensation reform legislation would be introduced this year was answered Friday when the California Assembly adopted amendments to Senate Bill 863.Still, the question of exactly what reforms are being proposed has not yet been answered.The bill, dated Aug. 23, is co-authored by Sen. Kevin de Leon, D-Los Angeles, and Assemblyman Jose Solorio, D-Santa Ana.
