Greater Louisville Inc., the city’s chamber of commerce, has made workers’ compensation reform one of its legislative priorities for 2018.
The organization said it supports legislation that will streamline litigation and simplify the process; do away with lifetime medical benefits with the exception of specific permanent injuries; and strengthens treatment and drug guidelines to lower medical costs and drug addiction.
