Court Overturns Finding of Compensability for Tetraplegic Worker's Car Accident

A Florida appellate court overturned a finding of compensability for a worker left with incomplete tetraplegia from injuries in a car accident while carpooling with a colleague. Dewayne Holmes suffered injuries in a single-car motor vehicle accident in April 2015. The injuries left Holmes with incomplete tetraplegia.
