SouthWest Dealer Services Adds Comp Coverage Through Acquisition

SouthWest Dealer Services will now be able to offer workers’ compensation insurance, and other property and casualty coverage, to its customers through the acquisition of McDub Enterprise Inc. The acquisition includes McDub subsidiary, Dealer Protection Group Inc., an insurance brokerage firm specializing in the automotive industry. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
