WCS Holding Basic Orientation Training Jan. 21

The Nevada Workers' Compensation Section is holding two orientation sessions covering the basics of the state's comp program on Jan. 21. The free training sessions will cover regulatory requirements for handling workers' compensation claims, as well as an overview of forms needed for reporting workplace injuries and illnesses. Training will be held at the WCS office in Henderson and livestreamed to the agency's office in Carson City. The class is approved for two hours of general CLE credit by the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education.  Sessions start at 9:30 a.m....
