Commission Recommends Candidates for Appellate Court Vacancy

The Commission on Judicial Selection recommended three candidates to fill the vacancy on the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals created by the retirement of Gary M. Hall. Candidates recommended to Gov. Tim Walz include Kathryn Carlson, Thomas Christenson and Sandra Grove. Carlson has been in private practice since 1993, practicing solely in the area of workers’ compensation.
