The Illinois Appellate Court ruled that a trial judge erred by barring a longtime railway worker from presenting the testimony of two expert witnesses in his Federal Employers' Liability Act case against his former employer. David Molitor worked for the BNSF Railway Co from 1973 to 2014. In 2015, he was diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma.
