A Southern California prosecutor announced fraud charges against a firefighter who allegedly misrepresented the extent of his injuries.
Ventura County District Attorney Gregory D. Totten said in a statement that Perry A. Lieber, 34, was charged with two felony counts of work comp fraud and one felony count of perjury.
