Gov. Signs Bill Allowing Carriers to Post Policies Online

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer signed into law a bill that would allow property and casualty insurers to post policies online and send a link to policyholders, rather than sending a hard copy of the policy.HB 2565 will allow a carrier to post policies and endorsements on its website.
