Facts: The Pilgrim's Pride Corp. grows and processes chickens. As part of its operations, the company contracts with farmers to raise the birds.
Pilgrim's also contracted with Rising Inc. to catch the chickens and load them into cages. Pilgrim’s then contracted with Mountain Milk Hauling Inc. to transport the fowl.
