By Greg Jones, Western Bureau ChiefA federal judge granted a National Football League motion and consolidated three lawsuits seeking to overturn an arbitrator’s decision directing 118 former players to stop pursuing workers’ compensation claims in California.The league has also filed a countersuit against the players asking for attorney fees, as well as a declaration from the court that the plaintiffs must file all workers’ compensation claims in the venue specified by their contracts and drop any pending claims in California.Former NFL players filed two complaint in the U.S....
