OSHA Updates Online Whistleblower Complaint Form

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has launched a revised online whistleblower complaint form to help workers file retaliation complaints with the appropriate agency. The system now includes pop-up boxes that, when appropriate, direct the user to another agency, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board or the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, depending on the nature of the complaint.
