The Montana Workers’ Compensation Court ruled that a uninsured contractor was liable for reimbursing the Uninsured Employers' Fund for the benefits paid to an uninsured subcontractor’s injured employee.

Facts: Tim Reule ran a construction company called Reule Builders. He subcontracted the roofing work for a project to Andrew Brock, the proprietor of AB Roofing and Construction. Brock then hired David Albrecht to do work on the roofing project.
Albrecht fell from the roof and was injured in September 2014.
