California's 4th District Court of Appeal will not be reviewing a decision by the Workers Compensation Appeal Board which credited the opinion of a worker's treating physician over the opinion of the qualified medical evaluator in declining to apportion liability for the worker's shoulder injury.
The case was State of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation v. WCAB (Adams), No. D069153.
