The U.S. Supreme Court next month will review a Florida appellate court's holding that workers can be criminally prosecuted for workers' compensation fraud if they used a false Social Security number to get their jobs. The court on Wednesday announced that Brock v. State of Florida has been distributed to the justices for conference on Feb. 20.
