The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that carriers will be able to electronically send employers a notice commonly known as the “broken arm poster,” starting today.
The DWC adopted revised rules governing the notices that carriers must provide employers when issuing a policy. The notices include information such as the employer’s name and address and contact details for the workers’ compensation carrier or self-insurer fund providing coverage for occupational injuries.
