The Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited three businesses for failing to follow the state’s COVID-19 safety measures, according to the Division of Industrial Relations.
Stead Food and Liquor in Reno was fined more than $2,000 after an employee was observed not wearing a face covering, the DIR said in a news release.
The penalty was issued after OSHA officials documented the store’s noncompliance during both an initial visit and a follow-up observation.
