The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California will review the dynamics of COVID-19 claims during a Nov. 4 webinar.
More than 160,000 comp claims for COVID-19 have been filed since the start of the pandemic. The WCIRB said its webinar will summarize the characteristics of the claims and how they compare to more typical injuries.
Dave Bellusci, executive vice president and chief actuary, and Dilan Sahin, senior indemnity research analyst, will lead the discussion.
The webinar is 10-10:45 a.m. on Nov. 4.
