House Passes Bill Addressing Medical Plans, Requesting Studies

The Connecticut state House of Representatives unanimously approved a measure that would require medical plans to include a mechanism for injured workers to determine medical necessity of recommended services and would create two study groups to analyze medical issues in the state’s comp system.
