XL Capital Appoints Human Resources VP to Executive Board

XL Capital announced Monday that Celia R. Brown, executive vice president and head of Global Human Resources and Corporate Relations, has joined its Executive Management Board.Brown was promoted to her current position in 2006, XL said in a press release. She oversees the company's activities related to Human Resources, Marketing, Global Communications, Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility.
