SAN DIEGO – Workers' Compensation Appeals Board Commissioner Marguerite Sweeney on Friday reported that the agency is "real, real close" to putting out a final version of its proposed revisions to its Rules of Practice and Procedure to reflect the changes prompted by Senate Bill 863.
