Three of Four Presumption Bills Make CalChamber's 'Job Killer' List

Three of the four bills that would create a presumption that COVID-19 is compensable as an occupational condition made the California Chamber of Commerce’s annual “job killer” list. The association says the presumption measures, along with the other bills on its list, threaten the state’s economic recovery and would hurt the ability of employers to rehire or maintain employment of current workers.
