Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed a bill allowing the Division of Workers’ Compensation to continue holding remote benefit review conferences even after all pandemic restrictions are lifted.
Abbott on Friday enacted HB 1752, by Rep. Tom Oliverson, R-Cypress. The bill, which went into effect immediately, allows the division to hold benefit review conferences remotely.
