Richard P. Younger, a managing director in Crawford & Company's U.S. Property & Casualty segment, has been elected president of the Inland Empire Claims Association (IECA), Crawford & Co. announced Friday.The IECA is one of the largest claims associations in the United States, promoting both professionalism in the insurance industry and significant philanthropic work in Southern California, where Younger is based, the company said.Younger joined Crawford in 1990 as a casualty adjuster and later was promoted to a supervisory position.
