WCAB Commissioners Identify Post-Dubon Issues They Anticipate Needing Resolution

SAN DIEGO – A main point of California's Senate Bill 863 was to reduce litigation, but Workers' Compensation Appeals Board commissioners said Friday they expect several cases to come before them this year seeking resolution of disputes about the finer points of the new statutory scheme.
