The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission has adopted emergency rules to delay by eight months the implementation of an electronic data interchange (EDI) system.
The agency said in the state Register last week that it had learned that the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions would be issuing its Release 3.1 standards in August, and that delaying the EDI implementation could avoid upgrade costs.
