After receiving comments from stakeholders, the New York Workers' Compensation Board has revised its proposed medical treatment guidelines for injuries to hips, groins, feet, ankles and elbows, and for interstitial lung disease.
The revised rules, published this week in the New York Register, page 34, address several questions that were raised after the initial rule changes were proposed in July 2019.
On elbow injuries, the board has clarified information about the fee schedule and frequency of injections for chronic lateral epicondylalgia.
